1937 Buick Hearse Hello

I own a 1937 buick hearse that over the years has been altered then stripped of all parts when I purchased the vehicle just the body was left I have since found most parts to start rebuilding this car the car has now got a chassis of a 1937 buick which i got from Armidale{chassis only) the front firewall I got from Tenterfield front guards are from Perth the motor is from Shepparton Victoria the grill assembly is from Alice Springs the rear doors I had one when I purchased the body but I found the other one at a wreckers at Dalby that fitted perfectly I dont know if its the original but it will do the job.

This hearse has been out of circulation as I have owned it for about twelve years a lot of people will remember Wayne Schulz building it but never finishing it unfortunately any thing use full that was originally restored by Wayne had been stripped by the time I got it it was a bare shell.
I have left the sedan doors that Wayne had started to fit as the idea was to turn it into a wagon I will be finishing back to a hearse but found it better to complete the instalation of the doors.

I hope to have the vehicle on the road later this year it will not be show condition but it will be presentable.

As I have other vehiles in my collection www.johndenverscar.tk

The buick was been placed on the back burner but life is about to be returned I just wanted people to be aware that due to the separation of the vehicles components before I saved it from being chopped into a hot rod not to expect too much but as time goes on it will improve as this car is my favourite vehicle and after a lot of scrounging I am looking forward to its completion as this car has a distinction of its own.

Thats all for now just thought I would let people know about the car and no this is not the 1937 buick hearse from Melbourne this one is supposably been from a funeral parlour at St George Qld.

I hope some of your members remember this vehicle as I know there have been people trying to track down where it went.

REGARDS
JOHNBARRY
